All orders are processed and dispatched within 24 hours on working days. For deliveries within the United Kingdom, we ship using Royal Mail, Yodel, and DPD tracked services. Orders are typically delivered within 1–3 working days from dispatch.

We provide a 30-day return policy on all orders, as long as items remain unused and in their original packaging. To request a return, please contact us at support@aitrends247.com and include your order number and full address. Our returns team will get in touch with you with the next steps.

Customers may cancel their order before it has been dispatched (before a tracking number is issued). Once the order has been delivered, it may still be returned for an exchange or a full refund. To cancel an order, please email support@aitrends247.com with your full name, order number, and delivery address.

Please be aware that refunds may take up to 5–7 working days to be processed after approval.
